How do I make a return?Updated 10 months ago
All products returned must be accompanied by a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Trimleaf.
Each return is subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee where return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

All returned products must be 100% complete in original packaging and in resalable condition, with all packaging, manuals, warranty cards and other accessories and documentation included.

Once your RMA is approved, returns must be initiated within [7 days] of receiving your order otherwise we it is no longer valid.
Return Shipping
Reach out to our customer support team to initiate the return process with your order number and details about the item you wish to return. We will then instruct you further on the return process for your specific product, if approved.
Refund process
Upon receiving the returned item, it will inspect it to ensure it meets manufacturer return policy criteria. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method or store credit, where applicable.
Non-Returnable items
Certain items may not be eligible for return even if brand new, unused. These items will be clearly marked on the product page.
